Playing with structure at the moment. Loading up on FWD rookies looks like the way to go for now.

Myers may be a little wasted on the bench. May look turn Beams/Murphy into Rocky/Rookie and upgrade Hibberd to someone like Rance. All in due course.

While there are plenty of good rookie options in the forward line, there's also a few value options highlighted by Roughy, but also Dahl and Macrae. At this early stage I think you could afford to lose at least one of those midfield premos to bring in another forward premo.

Agree, would drop beams and murphy and get one extra down both ends... Batting as deep as myers at 7 is fantastic in its self, i feel m9 is a bit of a waste

Probably beneficial to look at this now. Although would look at a prem other than Rocky as not sure where his headspace will be after the off season dramas and possibly being stripped of captaincy. Remember the Buddy episode a few years back.

Team looks pretty good mate! Maybe a tad strong in the mids, but as you said, lots of forward rookies to load up on! (not sure if this still fits in the cap though)

FWD: Dahlhaus, Macrae, Ryder, Ainsworth, Galluci, Drew (Maynard, Eddy)

Really happy with this structure and spread of premiums. Currently toying with the Hampton/Swallow/Gawn/Macrae combo and left with $1,603,700 to fill these spots but will hold off til we know more about rookies.

Unsure if I want to run with Beams/O'Meara instead of Bont/Brodie. Might be too much risk elsewhere to justify.

Gawn is locked. If Sandi gets through unscathed and lines up Rd1, he's locked also. Otherwise will need to find $$ to set/forget with Goldy.

Team has 21 premiums + Newman (Lloyd next week). 8 trades left then to bring in Gawn and swing Nankervis back to the forward line to loophole Nank/Steele/Lynch at F6. With Steele/Nank DPP status, I will have cover on the FWD/RUC/MID lines so just light on DEF.

Would like to move on Fyfe this week but with limited funds it would require 2 trades. Based on future trade plans, I would only have 3 remaining to see out the rest of the season - not sure if thats enough but hopefully the cover is good enough for 1 week misses and 3 can see out any LTIs?
