Never go anywhere with Peter Nevill, he must be the most unlucky bloke going around. Look at that huge bump.

How long until he's dropped?

Not wrong on this though, must be close. Though he hasn't got much competition tbh with Rimmington being shower and Stevenson showing little. They'll just persist from here.

How does he not blow? 3/44, 0/36, 0/44 (both match losing bowling), and 0/31 (3 overs). Combined 3/155 off 15 overs, so over 10 an over and an average of 51.67. He makes Bryce McGain look solid

The Stars have won the toss and elected to bat first on a very warm evening in Melbourne.

Teams News:
Stars XI: Wright, Quiney, Pietersen, Stoinis, Hussey (c), Gulbis, Gotch, Zampa, Hilfenhaus, Boland, Beer
The Stars have made one change. Peter Handscomb has been called up to play for Australia in the third One Day international against Pakistan in Perth. Youngster Seb Gotch will take the gloves for the Stars on debut.

Heat XI: Peirson, Heazlett, Reardon, Ross, Burns (c), Labuschagne, Cutting, Wildermuth, Steketee, Swepson, Mills
The big news for the Heat is that Brendon McCullum is out suspended due to the Heat's slow over rates in the last two games. Marcus Labuschagne comes into the side. Joe Burns will captain the side in McCullum's absence.

Interestingly CA have released Zampa to play for Stars and also allowed Stoinis who is called up for Marsh to also play. If they can do that now why not last wednesdays night game between Scorchers and Heat with the game in same town just saying looks a bit like double standards.

Triple standards, Handscomb isn't allowed to play and plays for the same team. Clearly Stoinis and Zampa are just running drinks.

It's all part of the "VIC or NSW teams must win plan" Which has failed over 50% of times in BBL history :P

Just like how McCullum was suspiciously rubbed out for this match against the stars :P CA probably flowered up Lynn's neck too

And that % will go even higher after the Heat or Scorchers win this season ;)
