Nev copped a ball to the head after it flicked up off the pitch after a throw from a fielder and so he had to off for a concussion test so Finchy took up the gloves for a bit.

Patto for national team tbh

Best match-losing 0/36 off 15 balls you'll ever see

nice counting skills Renegades

what did they think was going on haha

wouldn't be looking at Patto's bowling in a T20 match in wet conditions as a reason for why he shouldn't be playing tests Jukesy. or at least being considered. you know this

Well he still shouldn't be near the test team anyway so doesn't matter ;) plus all cricket matters for getting a scope on a guy's form

Also, BBL commentary in a nutshell

elephants

Patto coming off a long lay-off. Not too fussed about this tbh. Only annoyed cos it moves Scorchers down to third

70 wickets at 26, what horrible test figures  ::) ::)

Has literally played two games of cricket in the last 11 months, taking 3/80 across two matches (and two of those wickets were Maxwell and Harper so that's a blight). Has taken one test 5for in 3 years and that was at home against the West Indies

On the good side, his one test 5for against good opposition was in India (other three were home against NZ, NZ, and WI) in an innings where Lyon took 3/215, so at least he isn't Lyon-level shower.

I hope Broad does an ACL so he cant play cricket for 12 months so therefore becomes shower.
