First draft, pretty happy with the look of this but it's December so will obviously change a fair bit but good to keep track.

Did use a fan made planner through since my broke ass didn't buy SC Gold so not 100% if prices are correct but the side doesn't look out of place so think I'm good.

DEF: S.Docherty, H.Shaw, R.Laird, A.McGrath, M.Scharenberg, J.Berry (L.Ryan, T.Stewart)

MID: P.Dangerfield, S.Pendlebury, D.Hannebery, N.Fyfe, D.Beams, D.Swallow, S.Powell-Pepper, D.Myers (J.Barrett, M.Hibberd, J.Pickett)

RUC: M.Gawn, T.Goldstein (L.Strnadica)

FOR: L.Dahlhaus, J.Macrae, P.Ryder, J.Roughead, B.Ainsworth, J.Gallucci (H.Balic, B.Eddy)

$20,200 Remaining.

Still not sure on starting Dochers, only other premos down back I'd start would be Rance or Adams. Will probably go Rance if I need cash for higher priced rookies.

Midfield speaks for itself, very generic really.

Not messing about in the rucks.

Dahl and Macrae only premo forwards I'm comfortable starting, maybe Buddy but not at this stage. Been burnt in the past with no ruck cover so gone Ryder. Should ruck alone at the Power and with his discount, it's really a no-brainer for myself. Not sure on Roughead either at this stage but he is there for now.

Rookies are obviously all placeholders for now except for Gallucci, my boy, I'm praying he starts round one :P

Nice Structure and cannot fault, As you say may have a contingency in place if Roughy does not start,

I'd probably take Adams > Docherty and then Bennell > Roughead... as Good as roughy is, he's one through something big and as much as I'd like to see him kill it he will be way too underdone and a lot more of a risk than Bennell and that's sayin something

As linked on other topic there is a great xl version planner called the Stragiser on Paige's site.    Like yourself I am waiting for access in the January so this alternative is simple and effective.   As a bonus it also provides byes breakdown.   Only weakness is player descriptions do not show if they are DPP or not.    minor issue though.

Cheers

I understand what you're saying with Roughy but with him being in the system for a long time, he would still have a strong fitness base to work off and having a full pre-season (I believe??) from now on, he'll won't be match fit obviously but the fitness will still be there. I am a massive fan of Bennell though, if he didn't have his latest setback, he'd be in my team and with his calf issues over the years, he is a lot more of a risk than Roughy imo.

Looks a good side. Pretty well balanced across the lines. I reckon ill go the same structure, maybe roughie to a rook and try and get a n extra mid but not sure. But looks like a goo start for now!

Nice job Tom

Not many teams going with Dochers atm, so he could prove to be a great POD for you and I'd vote to keep him!

Cheers RD!

Yeah I have definitely noticed that so far so the plan is to keep him but is on the chopping block if I need some cash but happy with it all at the moment.

Really nice team Tom.  Reckon it's good enough to sit on until the action begins. Well done mate.      ;)

TomK

Team now that SC has opened, will try to sit on this until preseason games start but that never happens.

Good side which I can't really fault.

Would love your thoughts on the Adelaide boys you've selected.

Have heard that Adelaide don't like playing first year players consistently and therefore I am concerned of Galluchi

Knight I haven't seen in any teams before so I'm just a bit curious.
