Hes now in my team going cheap up front so feel safer with him at f3 then glugg.

Huttabito

Had no intentions on starting him however he grows on me each day. Frees up a fair whack of cash.

GoLions

Still hasn't made an appearance in my team... :-X

Got him at F4 atm.   Toss up cf him and Touk.   May change if I go Boyd over Ryder (>5% chance of that)

LordSneeze

Hasn't shown up in mine yet as i want to see some preseason first.
He is proven to be a 90+ average so has potential to be top 10 FWD, but he won't make enough cash if he does only go 80 to make it a bad choice.
Leaning toward avoiding him and just going prem and rookie over him and ryder.

tommy10

In my team and looks good at F4

Bully

Don't think so, for a power forward you want the guy who will burst out of the blocks. Walker & J.Riewoldt aren't far off in terms of price.

Roughy is pretty versatile and with Ceglar out for 12 months it will be interesting to see how they use him. Considering it is an illness he is coming back from we have no idea what limitations he might have early if he does play. If it was an injury he would probably be the 2nd ruck and be playing midfield minutes which would make him a certain lock. I think at his price he is definitely worth picking but I'm not expecting him to come out and kick 5 goals and play as the 2nd ruck.

RaisyDaisy

I think his performances in the JLT series will really impact mine and most others decisions

Bennell or Rough, reckon I'l be starting at least one of them

Like most returning/new players! Waiting for jlt

Holz

Got to remember he was a 28 year old healthy 90 average player that was droping in average each year. Now a 30 year old in a team not as dominant as thry used to be coming back from a very serious health scare.

I think 85 is an optomistic average.

If there forward rookies play ill not pick him

quinny88

If you don't think he can become a keeper then I just don't see the point in picking him.
It's never a smooth trade having these kind of guys as cash cows and more often than not you end up stuck with them all year or having to use 2 trades to get them out. I said the same thing about Lobbe last year.
When you've got rookies fattening and your able to trade them to premiums the last trade that's gonna get done is the midpriced guy that hasn't made much money and is scoring ok enough to hang around a little longer.

In saying all that, he probably can become a keeper. So can Bennell. There's not exactly an embarrassment of riches up front and can't see many guys going 100+ for the year. Big unknown how he will go though

This is the only reason I'm locking in a Rough/Bennell type, because right now none of the premiums interest me besides Dahl and Macrae
