Hoping to do Pickett to Myers and Touk to Heeney this week, but if Parsons gets dropped I'll probably have to go a week early on Stewart and grab him for Parsons instead

If Parsons gets dropped I'm copping a donut. I'm also going Touk to Heeney but just watch him spud it up from now on.

If he can score 20s and 30s he'll still make a few extra thousand dollars ;D (at least in his first week back anyway)

Really? Strnadica pretty self explanatory with Nank in my forwards and the fact he is a great captain loop with Sandi

Hibberd I've used to swing Adams as well as trade mids for defs and vice versa and Eddy I've made captain once or twice, and at F8 with 6 prem forwards I'm able to carry him and expect him to eventually get a game

ok so i stupidily went murtimer last week instead of myers.

im thinking myers is pretty much a must have as i cant see any reason barring injury why he wouldnt play during the byes

I have hibberd pickett eddy stranadica and then stewart murtimer etc... so need some bodies.

anyone disagree with the myers pick up?

it would lead me with 420k in the bankso double upgrade the week after.

probably pick up ryder and lynch to really help with the byes.

Like you I took Mutimer last week, not because I thought he was locked in, but rather the chance he would be able to hold his spot with the R12 bye. Im set fairly well for the byes so thought id take the risk.

After trades (Current Plan) over the next 2 weeks I should have 13/14 prems with needing 4/5 from 8 available rookies.

From what I can tell unless you have planned well, or be willing to burn trades in R11 to cover donuts most will be running 18 at a max.

issue is i reckon lots will have pickett eddy hibberd still, i sure do.

I guess are only reprieve is that we can load up on GC and port guys but that kind of compromises the team as i dont love any of the premos from those teams bar Lynch. If only Dogs or Crows has that bye.

The only real options I have to get Myers in and still make some money is SPP, Stewart or Barrett

Trading Stewart would break my def-mid link as I would effectively have Hibberd, Berry and Adams stuck in the back line! Can see this link being needed with byes coming up..
