Hopefully Newman will be worth flowerloads by then so if spud Horse drops Newman it won't cost much to upgrade him to a premo defender.  8)

Is this the worst crop of rookies all time since supercoach began?

I can't remember this many times where I've played my best rookies only to see them scoring 30's-50's. Usually there's a few guys that will atleast average 70. Where are your McDondalds, Langdons, Langfords, Petraccas, Wines, Bont, Taylor, Cripps etc.

I would not be against Otten getting dropped.  Saves me the hassle of having to choose between him and Marchbank (or Newman I spose).  BE close to 90.
