I really like the way your team looks, and I wouldn't worry about losing SPP early when you have almost finished the mids off. He's done his job for you.

So to me I think SPP -> Myers is a good move. And then I think Touk -> Yeo is a good option as you suggested, but if a Parsons/Balic do get up, maybe upgrade Otten who does have a high BE? Docherty/Adams the obvious choices there.

Also with the way things have gone this season, anyone that didn't play the week before or look like being dropped, I'm excluding from my bye count (So Eddy, Balic, Parsons, Preuss etc).

Obviously a lot of water to go under the bridge but think even if Otten drops another 30k-40k with 50s in coming weeks he'd be $320k, Marchbank with a couple of 70s will be 380k...370atm... with 70k in the kitty looking at 770k...plenty for Dochers and a rookie after his bye...same result either way. ie- Otten to Dochers who plays 2 games over the bye period.
Having said that the playing or non-playing of the fringe rookies could easily throw a spanner in the works of best laid plans.

Wouldn't bring in Doch this week personally, has the bye next week and his price is unlikely to change with a BE of around 115, would be more tempted by GC/Port prems or Round 12 prems (Touhy, Rance?)

Next trade will probably be McGrath to Hibberd who I like more than Rance now due to being about 30k cheaper, bye done a week earlier and scoring just as well or better. Lloyd with his 4 pt game is on my radar now as is Adams both DPP def-mid players and with SSelwood and Newman cashing up should be able to bring one or both in as I have two def-mid rookies already in Berry and Perryman.

Barrett has one more week to go juicy for a juicier J Lloyd....or if I can afford Myers to Lloyd in one trade I'll do that. Think I should be able to afford him with Myers as I'm only 14k off doing it now. Projections I've seen show Lloyd to lose 20k ish and Myers to gain 4k or so.

Scott Selwood's injury has ruined my plans... I was going to get Adams as my M8 swing to defence to complete my team. I'm about 40k short and can't see Adams falling down that much... would have to fall to around 500k.
So with that in mind do I grab Jack Billings (trading Scott Selwood) to complete my team as M8 fwd swing?

Made two trades this weekend... Parsons to Bayok as a fwd/ mid loophole option with Brown not making the final 22 and being an extra 15k in comparison and Berry to Taylor Adams.

Team done. Not particularly happy with D6 Shaw and F6 Higgins who have been serviceable but not great.
Trading only for LTIs to premos now...with the exception of Jelwood if funds allow a one trade upgrade from Scooter... doubt it though. Long way from home ... will need luck to last the distance. Ranked 2734 atm. Will be interesting.
