The Pies are way better the same way they were predicted to finish top 8 and even top 4 by many pre-season in 2016? I doubt many would be surprised if North finish above Colingwood next year.

Plus anyone that thought we could make top 4 were completely out of touch. That's stupid. I said pre-season I was expecting us to finish 10th and a lot of collingwood supporters felt the same way. It was a lot of other non-collingwood supporters expecting a top 8 finish and was very unrealistic.

I'm expecting an 8-10 finish again this year for us.

I would be shocked if carlton finished above us on the ladder. (I don't care where North finishes)

Might wait a while to post my opinion.

But it's gonna be a tough year. Top 4 won't be overly difficult (GWS, Dogs, Swans) with the best lists and favourable enough draws so probably get a look in. But 5-8 & then 8-12 is gonna be very difficult because so many teams could get in there (Crows, Eagles, Hawks, Dockers, Pies, Saints, Dees, Cats, Power, Roos) the ones I give a good chance too.

Lions, Suns, Blues, Dons, Tigers will probably fall in between 13-18 so it's just a matter of who finishes 5-12 as I stated earlier.
