The article is spot on. I have (along with many others I'm sure) have been laughing for years as to how BBL performances are all that's required to make the test team. It does seem to be true :-\

I wasn't aware of the huge bias that Hohns and Chappell had. Explains the Stanlake, Swepson and Heazlett decisions then.
