For the record I watched like 3 games of AFL football last year so about 14 teams I never even saw them play.

You still need to know the game though, I also dont really watch NBA games (except finals) but i follow the stats and scores.

Both he and Jah or on minutes restrictions. Embiid hasn't played competitive basketball in 2 years and has had foot issues in the past. Jah had knee surgery in March and soreness in the pre-season. They don't want them playing back to back nights so for the time being if they have a back to back one will play and one will sit. Holmes will take the other minutes at C.

The plus side is that JoJo is now up to 24 minutes a night from the 20. It might have been a one off because of the fact they planned to sit him, but I think both he and Jah will play 20-24 against the Cavs on Saturday (Sunday here). It's a long season and they don't want to wear these guys down, particularly Embiid. He is too important and doing too much too soon could result in another injury.

Actually the no back to backs was announced in pre-season. It was just they confirmed who would play which game earlier in the week.
