Saric will be hot and cold. He can do everything but he is not consistent. Embiid will play 20 minutes a night to open the season and has basically been getting double doubles. I think he had 19 and 8 in 18 minutes against the Heat. He is still getting his touch back in game situations and trying to figure out double teams but he has been a beast through pre-season. His minutes will also increase as he plays more. Noel is out and Jah is on a minutes restriction as well so Holmes is the other guy that will see plenty of minutes early.

Im not playing any rookies on the field anyway for that reason

Seems we can't start all the big guns but like SC / AFL DT, we should be able to generate enough money to buy them later.

Not knowing the rate of change of values makes it tricky to plan ahead.

Do we start guns and rookies or do we speculate on some mid pricers?

If we start guns and rookies, then we will have to start a few rookies on field for sure.

I suspect a guy like Curry will drop a bit in price now that KD has joined him, but Russ may go up with a greater load to bear.

I think Westbrook and Harden are the 2 must starts, you'll be crying when everyone else is racking up 2nd daily trip dubs from these two.  I'd even go as far as to say Harden is more of a lock than Westbrook.  Only guy I'd look at if not Westbrook is CP3.

Perhaps another thing to think about is what will the "best possible" final team look like?

These leagues are head to head.

With teams looking like being quite similar, the way you get your team to its full potential will be vital.

A slow burn approach may leave you out of the major playoffs.

Starting with too many poor scoring guys on field might leave you short of wins.

The middle path, gentlemen, the middle path.

I have tweaked two starters and two bench guys. Gasol isn't healthy so he is out. Basically my idea was upgrade to one of Drummond/Cousins or go with my boy JoJo and upgrade my rookies and Winslow to someone like Leonard.

Basically I ditched Dunn because he is a long defender and can't shoot, Sergio is basically going to do the same thing offensively early and is cheaper.

McRae is blah but he could get minutes in the rotation and can score against D-league caliber competition. If he can get a couple of big games together I'll dump him for cash.

Swaggy might get some minutes and can get hot. Same principle as MCrae, he just needs to string a couple of good games together to go up in price.

Draymond>Blake could hurt but I'm assuming Blake bounces back.
