What are peoples thoughts on posting their teams for critique? Didn't want to do it originally, but in saying that I always go for overall anyway, beating you guys would be icing on the cake!  :P  I'll do it if the majority do...

im game

Westbrook Schroder (Dunn)
Harden Booker (Hield)
KAT (Embiid)
Antekoumpo Saric (Ingram)
Cousins Turner (4.47 Milliion?)

Saric/Ingram my only rookies on field have looked at moving Saric to the PF spot and then finding some cash to bring in someone.

I have thought about this team too

Westbrook Schroder (Dunn)
Harden Booker (Hield)
KAT (Embiid)
Antekoumpo Leonard (Ingram)
Capela Turner (Saric)

dont love the leonard pick but dont love most of the SF in general, means i have no rookies on the field which I like. Cousins and Davis both beasts but they do miss games.
Not sure why the love for Turner but the points system does suit him. Not sure with Dunn his minutes might be restricted but Hield and Ingram should both play enough minutes to score and make good money. Plus I think the scoring system helps Ingram a lot

Turner gets a shot at starting 5 this season so chance for a decent breakout year.

Gandalf123

first real crack at this DT format and i've come up with this for the time being

Westbrook, Russel (Dunn)
Harden, Booker (Hield)
Drummond (Embiid)
PG13, Barnes (Ingram)
Griffin, Turner (Saric)

looking hard at horford, cp3, whiteside and KAT

jvalles69

Other guy I'd love to try and squeeze in is Jokic...  :-\

plumdog millionaire

So we get 69 trades for 24 weeks, with a max of 3 per week?

If you say so, haven't had a look how the trades work..3 per week seems excessive though?

Seems strange but that's what I'm gathering from the rules. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't misreading it

IN and IN

Good luck.

Lots of rules to read through but seems there are plenty of trades.

Making money might be the difference in the long run rather than who you start with?

which line up is better though?

Dunn is just there to make cash and i think he will play alot of games, quite a few people have him as being the ROY.

Capela/Leonard better than Boogie/Saric.  Especially if Lamarcus gets traded.

Leaonard/Capela over Boogie/Saric for me.  The 1st combo will net you extra blocks and steals, will be more efficient and less TO's.  2nd combo will be a lot less efficient, and more TO's.

Like a lot of fantasy games, money = points unless you can pick a break out or pick a dud.

Get money on the field.

Team 2 with that bench money on the field is better for week one IMO.

Problem in basketball fantasy especially is getting the right guys who make money...if they are consistently getting minutes or have DNP's etc, so hard to generate cash with those players, then you have the problem of trying to trade them out which is super hard.  It's similar to the NBL fantasy, except the NBA has much more to offer in the low price range.
