Averaging 13.1, 8.9, 3.4 with an FG above 50%.

Hardly anything to scoff at IMO. I think there are a few better options though around that price e.g. P.Gasol, C.Anthony.

Powell isn't doing badly when on the court, just not enough minutes. Finney playing quite well though, deserves to be starting if he can keep this up.
