Rumours running around today that we are looking at a pick swap deal with GWS

IE

McCarthy and pick 7 (& maybe 15/16) for pick 3

Or something along those lines, no exact details as yet.

I dont think we're keem to involve Mackenzie in the Balla discussions. Ive heard 3rd rounder straight swap which Id be happy with

Cant wait for some things to start happening!

I am also hearing Ballas to WCE for round 3 pick

Another one that's been doing the rounds - GWS get pick 5 from Carlton from Marchbank deal, then we give pick 3 and get McCarthy and pick 5, which should still be able to net us SPS.  I could live with that.

You're keen on SPS Valk? I think i'd prefer English unless we're going to pull a ruck from somewhere else

I think pick 5 or 7 is a stretch for English - I do rate him though.

I also have a feeling that we wont trade Clarke.

Brad Lloyd on trade radio
- sounds like Ballas could stay, along with Clarke and Suban
- no interest in Lobbe
- waiting on Mayne compo before we look at other deals, mainly McCarthy and Hill
