Yeah thats lovely stuff.

Lycett as #1 and then Giles/Vardy in support!

Wonder is Giles is thinking "Bugger I might not get many games now" or "Thank flower I don't have to play heaps of games"  ;D ;D

Hahaha he'll probably get 15+ games next year given Vardy's injury history

Very happy we avoided Petrie and Ballantyne

Curious to see who we use our first pick on in the draft now

Ah crap, apparently we're still considering Petrie in the draft.  :-\

RaisyDaisy

First glance at our 2017 draw and it looks pretty sweet

Hawks in Round 5, Dogs in Round 15 and GWS in Round 22 are the only AWAY games we have vs this years Top 8 teams!

We only play the Doggies and GWS twice, all other Top 8 teams once and all at home except Hawks

RaisyDaisy

5 day break after we play Richmond on Saturday then Sydney on Thu could be a little brutal though

Rusty00

$1.65 to make the 8 seems good odds as with the addition of Mitchell and a good draw it's hard to see them missing. NicNat being out is the big question I guess though.

RaisyDaisy

Tom Lamb has signed on for next year

Not quite sure how he fits and what is going on exactly, but I hope he gets a chance to at least show if he can make it work at AFL level

RaisyDaisy

Butler signed on for next year  :D

Brown delisted

McInnes delisted too, but a chance to get back on the rookie list

NicNat is your MVP as in without him your teams chances take a definite tumble ... you must admit, with him in, your team is a wholly different prospect than w/out no??

and I don't mean in a Capt Obvious way, but when he wasn't quite right coming back from injury (can't quite remember cos i'm getting old - 2014 or 2015??), with him in the side you always looked a chance to beat anyone, but w/out the team just struggled ...

RaisyDaisy

Rusty is a Hawks supporter, but yes of course our dynamic and ability will be hindered without NicNat

How much though? We'll soon find out

elephants

After Nic did his knee we ran over the Hawks at Subi and crushed the Crows in Adelaide, we'll be fine 8)
