I know I'm biased but all bas decisions have been momentum killers... :(
There you go mate, a nice 10m pass paid a mark to Buddy :P

Mat0369

Heeney falling over was worse then any of the umpiring decisions. How long until the ishy surface is blamed?

Did that change momentum or affect the game in any meaningful way? ;)

Not saying the umpiring has been bad, there has just been 3 very costly calls against us that have hurt

fanTCfool

GWS deserve a lead, but some poor decisions have probably exaggerated it past what it should be

It would have given you momentum going into 3/4 time if Buddy had of kicked the goal.....just like the momentum you got at the start of the game when Papley was gifted a goal through a ridiculously soft 50m penalty :)

There will never be a perfectly umpired game of football. No point mentioning every decision they get wrong.

Mat0369

I think the Hawks would rather play the Swans in a prelim. They have really struggled against GWS the last couple of times.

We'd have to get past the Dogs first :-\

Mat0369

The toll of this game could be ridiculous in terms of body count.

Stevie J - Possible suspension
Mummy - Possible suspension
K. Jack - Possible suspension
JPK - Head knock
Mills - Hamstring
Tippett - Jaw and head knock

There have been a couple of others as well

They've been better than us today that's for sure, but when 3 bad calls lead directly to 3 goals it is significant

Swans haven't scored enough all day to be a chance from here, see you in two weeks Giants

Sorry guys just got on, haven't read the first 3 pages incase it's been mentioned already, but a Bird hasn't won this weekend. Eagles, Hawks, and now possibly the Swans. Will the Crows break the hoodoo?

That's what frustrates me... Right when the game was up for grabs in the 3rd, those decisions changed the momentum.

No issue if they won it off skill and hard work.

Not to take away how good they've been today. Just would've liked to have seen it without the umpiring being the deciding factor. :(

Swans back on the SCG next week should romp it in, then the old Cats shouldn't be too challenging. Swans vs Dogs GF.
