So with only 2 weeks to go, what trades are you either forced to do or needing to do?

#1
Will downgrade Collins/Silvagni/Phillips and upgrade Devon Smith. That is unless someone is a late out... Aim is to go to league GF

NoButYeah

Wells to Dahl and no idea on 2nd trade

Money

Phillips to Long and then Kerridge to Greene, was gonna go NRoo but gonna chase some points here

Jukes

Naismith or Jansen or Reid to 125k-er will be my first trade (best cash grab I can get)

Then either:
Stef to Goldy (if Archie Smith keeps his spot)
or
Steven to Parker/Bont (if Archie gets dropped)

Leaving me with hopefully enough money to downgrade Jansen/Naismith/Reid next week and upgrade Wills at M8 to a premo

Parker is looking like the highest averaging player over the next 2 weeks that I don't have (projected) so Brad Crouch becomes him.

2nd trade not sure...my weakest link is Mitch Duncan, but he plays the Lions this week.  Might downgrade a rookie so I have some spare change up my sleave for the last round in case it's needed, or could go Duncan to Zaha?

not sure on Duncs --> Zaha mate ... not that I want to sway you but hasn't he been pretty average apart from his last game??

yeah, my dilemma is which of D Smith or Motlop to swap to Dahl - GWS play Freo at home so I think Smith could do well but then Cats play Lions away ...  ???

other trade will hopefully be an upgrade of Hanley --> Simpson/Docherty  ;)

Yeah you're prob right, I think he has been tagged a fair bit up until this past game and I'm not too sure if his last 2 opponents will bother to tag him so it's something I'll think about...I do have this feeling that Duncan will get a rest this week for some reason.  If he does miss I'll have to maybe rethink Parker and trade Crouch and Duncan to 2 guys around the 530K mark.

Tough call with Motlop or Smith...shame you're in that position that you went with both of them at some stage!  I'd trust Smith over Motlop though.  Guess look at who they are playing the following week too to make decision.

You got Laird?  I'd take Laird over Doch and Simmo.

Adams done for the year after I trade him in this week, sums up my year, summing it up even more I'm 1k off Adams to Treloar and Kerridge to Dahl,

Still want unique, but will Sheridan go to Dylan Shiel? Otherwise might just go Jordan Lewis

jabroni

wells to dahl and bartel to boyd if no other injuries

Thunderbolts

Adams will be a forced trade for me this week so most likely him to Crouch. The other will have to wait n see.

yep, got Laird  ;)

I think we are of the same mind re my D Smith/Motlop dilemma ... i'm leaning towards holding Smith because of the 'headaches' of Stevie M but GWS play North at ES (rd23) after this wk against Freo and Cats play Melb at SS rd23 after Bris this wk ...

hmm ... decisions, decisions ...  ???   :-X    ;)

So rethinking my moves this week.  I have 3 guys who I think I can improve, B. Crouch, Duncan and Stef Martin.

Crouch - Seems to dominate in 1st halves setting up big wins, but goes quiet when the games over, not a junk time specialist.

Duncan - Reasonably solid all year and has the Lions this week so leaning towards holding.

Martin - Can't cut it with Archie.  If Archie is dropped I'll roll with Stef, if both are playing I'll have to trade him out, prob to Goldy who's cheap.

So Crouch out is my first move, originally planned on Parker, but there are some great options cheaper in case I need the cash.  2nd move could involve Duncan to another one of these guys.

Parker - Best averaging mid I don't have apart from Danger.
Hannerbery - Can do he same as above, but 30k odd cheaper.
Hall - Can he finish the year like last?
Bont - A tag in round 23 against Freo does look likely.
Treloar - Safe as houses (now he's jinxed)
Sloane - too expensive for his current form.
Tyson - Killing it over the last 4 rounds
Coniglio - Safe as Treloar, however might get the Freo tag this week.
Greene - Good run, racks up the touches and kicks goals.

Thoughts?  :-\

martin- Grundy

Downgrade some spud like s reid or t phillips  to a 110k rookie.

Dudge

Is it worth holding Zaha, WB - Picken, Carlton - Curnow, Kerridge. I want to do trades not involving him, but worried . Will the taggers go elsewhere, or scare the $hit out of him
