I think you need to ease up, come in to the Freo page and bag Freo.  You said that the team has been playing like girls, I am stating that Fyfe has been playing.  Not once did I say that we would be finals bound with Fyfe in the team.

Yep let them make an offer, but how will they fit it into their salary cap, or are we going back to cheque book recruitment?
Also does every other club think that Fremantle are stoney broke, like half the Melbourne based clubs?

Where have you been hiding haha Swan + Cloke gone next season, they were both on 2 of the 3 most expensive contracts in our list, minimum 900k freed up PLUS we don't have to pay for part of heath shaws contract next season. Easily have the money for a big name player, but we do not have the picks - plus fyfe isn't even leaving

Dude, you said "Let them make an offer, but how will they fit it into their salary cap" (then proceeded to hammer it home by making a dodgy statement about cheque book recruitment). You asked the question and I answered it. Don't think I missed that point? You had many points and I chose to answer this one?

If a big name player has some sort of uncertainty surrounding their contract, it would be every single clubs job to enquire - who could possibly blame them, they're doing their job.
