Rather Pendles misses.   will hurt my opponents more than me and if he plays who knows could go down half way through.   Him not playing doesn't help me with loophole though.

I want him to play and play well! Of all the weeks, this is the first that I can remember that my opponent doesn't have Pendles. I still have three trades left, but have the week off in my main cash league, so really don't want to trade.

Also I think he will come back with a vengence next week and I don't want to be left without him.

Yep.

Hurt his shoulder at training.

There were rumors going around that he was in doubt.
