Ward or Bartel as M8

I'm not sure who to trade this week for Libba at M8.
I have Boyd who is out this week but have Williams as a def/mid link and I could easily bring in Bartel for Libba and move him to D6 and play Mathesion as M8. I have 3 trades and 106k.
If I go Ward then my midfield is set but I'll have to play Drummond as D6 to cover Boyd, will also only leave me with 16k opposed to 60k if I go with Bartel.
I could also upgrade Kerridge but that's the least of my concerns as I can loophole him with Petracca at F6.
With only 3 trades left im unsure which way to go.
Is it a waste to have Bartel as a M8? I could use my last 2 trades next week to bring in Selwood for Kerridge and downgrade somewhere and potentially have Bartel as a mid9 / def7 if I get any injuries or suspensions.

I would just grab Ward, seeing as you have cover for Boyd.
