Well you got a lot to fix mate.

First things first you have to many players around the 400,000 mark, what u need to do is downgrade half to rookies or cheapies and then upgrade some to first class players. You also need to have Cox imo hes definately worth it and so is Ablett.

Have another go at it mate your getting there.

See if this was a DT team it would be fine, but its posted in the supercoach section, and supercoach is a little different.

Supercoach ins't much about how many marks/kicks you get, its all about efficiency of disposal, contested posessions, clangers, spoils, goals contributed etc. Basically it rewards the better players in a more accurate manner, and punishes the butchers.

Whilst your team is quite good all round, you could do well to play more draft picks early, and use the extra money to purchase some elites. As dimii suggested, Gary Ablett Jr can score you 150 per week, if you make him captain thats 300 points, almost like having an extra player (sometimes two) in your team.

Off the bat i'll list the players i'd remove from your team, just because of their ineffiency of dsposals, ill be light.

Mcphee, O'Brien, Eagleton, Lovett. These could easily be turned into cheap youngsters and you could use the extra money to improve the average players like Moore, Maxwell, Simmonds and maybe Thomas.

Suggested youngsters :

Defense: Grimes, Raines, Hill (move to back), Petrenko

Mid: Dangerfield,  Robinson

Forward:  Krakouer, Brown (WCE)

Check that these guys are named in the teams round 1 to play though.

Basically yer team needs a little tweaking, min maxing, So you have elites that score crazy high, and youngsters who might score almost as high as your average guys anyway, and are much cheaper. Hope this helps and GL.
