That was par for the top 5% of teams. (good indication of a forum/good par score)
Par for the top 10% was only 2328. (best indication we have of a general crosssection par score)
Overall average was 2034 (but this includes a lot of non playing teams, so pretty much useless)

I find that the top 10% is the most reliable indication we have of an overall par score, yet this is only taking the top 22k of teams into account, when it is likely to be approx 80k still playing.  As such I still believe that the average is ultimately lower than 2328, but would be a good par score level.

2565, best score for the year. Bumped me up 1000 odd places to 1405, still clawing back the spots I lost after a shocking R14 where I got shot out of the top 1000 like a rocket!
