For many of us, 2016 hasn't quite brought what we hoped. And whilst we are still a long way from over, it is definitely worth casting an eye towards the future. IIRC, last year we were pretty good on our speculative DPP and positional changes, so I thought it would be worth starting this up again.

I'll start us off,
Montagna potential D/F DPP next year
Zach Merrett likely loses F to become M only

DaveElNacho

Docherty to become a mid?

Has Hall played enough forward to retain M/F?

Ricochet

Jack Martin DEF
Crozier DEF
Mills DEF
Gray FWD
Mayes DEF

I tell you what

Forwards will be miserable next year

Actually, it's based off where they're named on paper isn't it, not actually where they play their most footy?

Its where they lineup relative to the ball

There was actually zero reason to take DPP Mid/Fwd off Robbie Gray. Poor decision and was likely only done because he scored so well.

Plenty of value though. Bennell and Roughy (pending on what happens) will be cheap as chips. Elliot another potential bargain.
Deledio had an injury interrupted season and looks like it will be his first season in a loooong time he's averaged under 100 so there's value there.
There will definitely be some guns that lose DPP but there's always a few surprises that gain it

Josh Thomas another who will be value and with plenty of potential

I think there will be plenty of good forward options next year.
Dahl will still be a forward.
Roughy - hopefully - will be a bargain
Bennell too will be a lock
Lids has played forward enough to get dpp
Jack Billings will be set for a break out season too..
Plenty of options

MontyJnr

Griffen (Mid/Fwd)
