With 490K to spend I'm looking at:

Ruggles -> Hodge/Laird/Simpson/Bartel

then

McCarthy -> any mid, but who?  Is Danger a must have at his price or go with a cheaper option like Coniglio, Sidebottom, Treloar, Adams, Slonae etc.  After this weeks trade I'll have 1 more upgrade, and 2 guys I'm not happy with who I will sideways trade in Walters and Duncan.
Has to be Laird or Kade from those 4 backs I reckon though Hodge as a DEF is tempting. From the mids list I like Treloar for DT purposes.

Cox -> Smith
Davis -> Hall

Thinking Laird myself...

Going Cox to Rookie and then either

Ruggles to Hodge

or

Kerridge to Zorko

So basically leaves it as Hodge and Kerridge vs Zorko and Ruggles, would usually think option 1 is a no brainer but with Essendon playing Brisbane the Zorko trade really tempts me

I think Jackson Trengove has topped out at 401k and a BE of 72 :) Can afford to bring in any ruckman and want Gawn but he's at his most expensive point this season and is due for a stinker.. maybe..

Josh Smith is maxed out down back for me also, and I just see him leaking cash from here. Really want to bring in Docherty, Laird, Kelly or Boyd. The latter two make me nervous due to the possibility of being rested.

And then there is Liberatore who is out injured. For the sake of my Fantasy side it'd probably make things easier if he were out for another week so I don't have to worry about him losing money and he can warm the pine. But if he is named I then have to make the decision about what to do with him (have been trying to get rid of him all season but he just keeps finding a way to stay). With a 111 breakeven the chances of him losing money for me are fairly high and if it werent for a Trengove maxing out I would be trading him straight to the likes of Zorko who I think is considered a must have come seasons end.

Now If anyone can lead me towards which of the three options I should go itd be much appreciated, I think the top option is probably the one which is most important to take as it'll add the most points to my side. Choosing the second trade is the hard part. If anyone is able to grab a statistic of how rucks score vs GWS or something similar that could help it would be appreciated.

Personally I think your priorities should be trading Smith and Libba this week.

Smith to Laird
Libba to Zorko.

Next week Trengove to Grundy/Gawn.

You have to do trade 1 for the long term surely. Zorko is smashing most teams anyway.

Can you do Ruggles to Castagna and Kerridge to Zorko? That's the only way I could justify that trade.

Barlow > Hall
Ablett > Treloar/Coniglio

I think I might just play it safe and go Ruggles to Hodge, Zorko tempts me but it sure is nice to get my last rook off field

I was leaning towards that too, but Parker could go huge this week :X but yeah I'm playing a mate in our league this week and he doesn't have either of them so hopefully will be two good PODs for me, although he does have Parker...

(Also, I'm an idiot and accidentally deleted my original post)

chief007

Parker a bit up and down and Robbo is Robbo I'd go Neale and Montagna, Neale was down last week but was tagged by Guthrie so he should be better this week, Montagna has a few under the roof and has a good record there
