Averaged something ridiculous like 120 over his past 9 games. Crazy numbers for a 20 yr old and he's improving as the season is progressing.

Good advice. I was assuming he had a dpp like Phillips Petracca etc on the bench.

I love Selwood, has been in ripping form since I picked him up in Rd 13, but like what tor01 said - he's in line for a rest considering his pre season comments.

Yeah I have Phillips and Kerridge in mid-fwd.

It's very close to call between 5 of them.

Looking like it's going to be a tough call

not much separating them, i'd pick a top 3 and then from there pick the one with the least ownership!  for mine own choice though i'd be jumping on JPK, feel like he is in some ripping form.

Don't look at the season averages too much. Easy to get sucked into a guy that's just had a good run and may go into a form slump. Look at the draw and what you think people will average from here to home. Have a stab at whether they'll get tagged in games, the players history against certain opponents, whether or not he's a chance to get rested etc.

I factored all this into not picking the Bont even though I love him as a player and will most likely start him next year.

Looked at his draw and saw that he had Catc (Gutherie), Pies (Greenwood/Macaffer) and Freo (Barlow) as teams that would tag him.

Barlow has since got injured and will miss the rest of the season.

Guthrie won't tag Bont- Blicavs will get a role.
Greenwood - yes he'll go to him but I don't think he'll be able to contain him.. Last game against the pies the dogs as a team were horrendous, Bont had his worst game since Rd 6 and still went 78 from memory.
