He is still very affordable but has a BE of minus 53.

It is surely now or never.

Any comments on his JS?

He would provide great R/F cover if he plays.
I think he is a good option. I'm happy i decided to stick with getting him. I reckon his JS is great. Sinclair hurt his knee or ankle and looked quite sore at times. Naismith might have to shoulder most the ruck now himself.

Sinclair out.

Naismith JS just went up?

Maybe too good to ignore now.

Hi All,

I currently have rhys mathieson as last midfield to upgrade and i also have lids who is most likely out for a while.
Have only 2 trades left.

Im thinking to trade lids to Naismith and use cash to ugprade rhys to my last premium.
The alternative would be to trade lids to a premium forward but then i cannot upgrade my last mid..

So my question is having Naismith as my F6 a good idea as rest of team will be premiums? i can also use DPP with him and grimley if Goldy / gawn goes down..

Thoughts please  :)

In your situation, I guess it's either keep the 2 trades for injury sideways trades or do what you have said

I'd do what you have said, because I'd much rather a prem mid and Naismith vs Matho and Lids, plus you get ruck cover too

If possible, maybe do it next week just to make sure you get through this round unscathed before entering SC finals

Would anyone do Stef Martin to Naismith to cover a donut?

Nah no way

Stef will be back next week and over the last 4 rounds will score much more than what Naismith will give you

Cheers mate, probably lose because of it and finish 5th but all good

Thanks for the help before.

Just another random question... who you think would score better.

Naismith and premium midfield
Liberatore and premium forward?

Thanks

Depends on your selection.    Zerret, Dusty likely to avg 110+ as fwds which will be as good as most mid prems.  So I would be inclined to go Libe and fwd.    If not Zerret or Dusty then probably even and go with option that feels better for you.
