Admin comments: I did agonise a bit on this one. The coaches that negged all thought Christchurch was paying a little too much, sighting the difference between 13 & 14 and 12 & 16 not equal to Pick 18. But I can see why Christchurch added Pick 18, coz there next pick Pick 39 wouldn't have been enough. Even though I think Christchurch could have reasonably asked for and attained Buenos Aires' Pick 32 as well, this one isn't unfair enough for me to overturn the PASS decision. I'll also back-in meow's drafting prowess and trust he has someone(s) in mind. I'm viewing it as, in other trades that attracted 4-5 votes, the perceived "loser" of the trade could have asked for a mid-late second rounder too, and I deemed those as non-decision overturn-able. Note, I would not have overturned a reject decision either.

According to the AFL Draft index points system I should have also received pick 28 for the pick swap to be equal.

Think the Wilbur trade was worse though. Big chance he ends up as the #1 ruck at the Hawks and averages 80. That's worth a 90 average mid. For a rookie pick...
