XVs CL 2016 - Group Stage 1 (Rd 16) Dicussion thread

Welcome, to the first of the group stage rounds for the XVs Champions League of 2016. Unfortunately I don't have the graphical ability of Levi who ran it last year, I'm closer to giving you a numerical value on things like what you see from Purple in the Worlds board. Hopefully you all still enjoy the tournament though :) This thread is for discussion only.

IMPORTANT NOTES MUST READ
This is not the same as your local XVs comp, each manager will be required to name their team in the Team Submission thread (There will be one thread, you will use it for each week). It can be the same as the team you name in your XVs comp, it can be completely different, totally up to you. I plan to send each manager a mail confirming this. You don't do this I may be kind enough to look at your XVs team for the week but you run the risk of a default loss.

Assuming I translated things across properly, then NY sit as the 9th highest scoring team for the season. Just to show how ripped off my team is Hastings are 3rd, Serbia 1st and my lot are 29th, thus the huge odds on Kathmandu getting out the group. :(

Yeah we can score well overall, but believe me we have some absolute stinker weeks in between!

We've been a bit of a rollercoaster this year, and losing our ruck in Tippett isn't helping  :-[

Hopefully the rollercoaster is heading in an upward trajectory now!

If Wells is out it could expose my forward line though :P Had a look at the new york outs and it looks like they are hurting you guys a bit :D
