Hi guys, i know there has been alot of forward threads recently i just want your thoughts towards these two specifically

Im leaning towards Nroo here, all but 2 of his games are at ES with his lowest score there this season being 101. Great POD aswell with Saints run home

RaisyDaisy

Genuine coin toss

I've got Buddy myself, but reckon NROO might be the one to go with based on his draw and ES run

Got both

Can't go wrong with either

Torpedo10

I have Buddy, but would probably prefer Rooey at this point.

Getting Zorks in personally this week.

Yes you can. History tells us that.
Neither for me.

jfitty

Go Riewoldt, grab a point of difference in a line with so many highly selected players!

Reckon both finish top 6-8 forwards.

Who beats them?

Zorko, Martin, Montagna, Merrett, Deledio, Dahlhaus, Barlow and even Hall are better options.

KPFs suck 8)

Except Nroo is not playing as a KPF

there is a chance he'll go forward again, with Paddy McCartin out indefinitely . hard to say what'll happen though

and when I say indefinitely it could be anywhere inbetween a week or 2 or the whole year

Agree with the first four.

After that Lids missed half the year, Dahl out for another 3, Barlow out for a few and Hall averaging 95.

On total points, who's winning? Top 10 is

Dusty, Merrett, JJK, Joey, JRoo, Buddy, Zorko, GUNston, Jenkins, Boomer

Half of the list are KPF's :P so I have to disagree with you.

I sleep easier at night knowing my premium forwards don't rely on kicking a bag of goals to post a decent score.

Nroo kicked none on the weekend and scored 70 odd despite touching it 21 times and taking 10 marks. No thanks.

That's a nice list...
Zorko, Martin, Monty, Zerrett, Lids and Hall are my 6 atm and I wouldn't swap any of them for NRoo or Buddy.
Barlow I had and when he comes back he'd be an option possibly as he was going alright and Dahlhaus is definitely a great option once he bottoms out and is playing again.
NRoo puts in the stinkers... 2 of last 3 case in point. Body is an ongoing issue. Could easily get a niggle and miss a week or two. Played 17 last year. Another year older.
Buddy's issues are well known. Going well but he hasn't played 20+ games in a season since 2009. He might this year. Still risky though.

Actually go have a look at his stats this year and you might actually see that he has not been kicking bags of goals to have been scoring well has has been mainly kicking 2 each week.
His TOG was well down on the weekend compared to the rest of the season as well.

_wato

NRoo also went at 47% efficiency. 88 mins TOG also doesn't help as LF stated

If he kicks even 3 or 4 goals instead of 0.5 he gets 90+

21 goals in 13 games ain't many goals for a 98 avg
