personally leaning towards Treloar

mids will be

GAJ, Pendles, Danger, T Mitch, Parker Gray, Rocky, Treloar/Sidey

Jimmykidd

i dont really like either of them

but treloar is the better pick IMO

GoLions

Sidey, but I'd probably wait a week and get Hanners or Neale

don't mind him but feel like his deviation is bigger

I have sidey and i wish i didn't. Been watching him closely and i can't see why people rate him so much. Skirts packs, flat track bully, cops the number one tag and cannot handle it so gives up. I've had him all year and thinking about trading him out

I think you are bang on here! Sidey is a good player but defiantly a flat track bully. You look at the pies run home and they wont be chalking up too many wins.

I think Treloar can get it done either in wins or losses. I also just prefer the way he plays the game - can get the hard ball and cheap 1-2s, long accurate kick, can kick a goal or two and has huge meters gained which CD rate highly.

all I can say is I brought in Sidey a while ago and he has been utter poo.

Yeah don't like either really. A lot of games their impact level has been low while still acquiring a huge amount of possession, and means their translation to SC points isn't as good as it could be possibly. 20-30 touches for 60-90 points. But, in saying that, Treloar avg 109, Sidey avg 107 so they're up there. Interestingly, Sidey's ppm has still been in positive territory last few weeks (excl Demons game), just the fact his TOG % has dropped. Yearly ppm average of 1.2 which is better than a lot of premium mids.

What's the max $$ you can spend? Because Hanners really could be within striking distance of these two next week. Has been poor last 3 weeks and will be around $540k next week.

This, i had Sidey last year & it was a weekly roller-coaster with him - Look's similar this year, if you can wait a week i'd be grabbing Hanners/Neale etc.

think it was 530k

already have Parker and Titch so don't want Hanners

i have Phillips so i feel like having Pendles and Treloar is smart as if one misses Phillips should play if he ever gets dropped

Bully

I don't understand the angst regarding Treloar, his record isn't far off both Neale and Hanners. Only three scores under 100 with a highest score of 169. Four weeks ago he was 614k, he's now only 525k. Very tempted to bring him in this week.

This! I mean I like neale too, but everyone is worried about treloar and all over neale, there's only a marginal difference in average this year, Last year they averaged the same and the year before treloar averaged 15/20 points more. Everyone is talking like he's a huge risk as if he hasn't averaged 90+ before, when the past few years he's averaged over 100
