J Selwood and J Bartel?

So I currently have both J Bartel and J Selwood in my midfield and im curious on whether or not this is a good idea? I can't see any majors problems other the same team... with that in mind I looked in at doing so:

Downgrading a defender (perhaps carrazo?... but to who?) and dropping Selwood for Gibbs?

Or

Dropping armitage from the mid and downgrading a foward to a rookie? Say, getting rid of dangerfield... but for who?

Or

Stay as is... but then Captain and Vice Captain? Bartel Captain, Rowlt Vice?
