The VFL game is on 7 at the moment. Silvagni kicked a brilliant goal in that quarter. Paul Roos son is also playing at the Northern Blues.

Yeah that was really good, was caught out of position so went for the spoil, ball fell to him and he got the checkside through for a goal.

He probably should have been paid the mark but it was smart to play on because in those situations the umpire may not pay it. It gave him the opportunity to capitalise (which he did) rather then get wrapped up for a ball up.

The other thing that is impressing me with Silvagni is he has such a slight frame but he wins so many one on ones, even when he doesn't have the best position. When he gets some bulk on his frame he is going to be scary good in that aspect of the game and a huge match up problem.

Skittles has had an excellent quarter. That was his 3rd for the quarter and he is also way up on his possession numbers compared to the season. It's good to see because he should be pushing for selection at this point which he really hasn't.
