WEST Coast ruckman Scott Lycett has been dropped for Saturday's clash with the Brisbane Lions for disciplinary reasons.

Lycett did not travel with the team on Thursday.

Eagles coach Adam Simpson said the big man had been dropped for failing to meet the standards set by the club's leadership group, players and coaches after the Eagles' loss to Adelaide last Saturday night.

"We are very disappointed that Scott has let the club down, but the behaviours we ignore are the behaviours we accept," Simpson said.

"We have standards and values that we expect of each other and Scott, unfortunately, failed to meet them."

Hopefully we find out that Priddis and JJK both failed to meet standards as well :P

Saw Patty Keane's tweet which listed him as an out but had no reason and straight away thought to myself "well, there's his annual rest." Wouldn't be surprised if we don't see him until Round 16. They'll probably give him next week off as well and then he has the bye in Round 15 anyway.
