The butthurt is still strong but im ready to air it out

First of all, the Packers took better care of the ball and Rodgers was clutch, they played a better game than us

No single play killed us but there was an accumulation of them that cost us big time...

BB penalty, in huddle then left the field, unsportsmanlike conduct, didn't know this rule, negated a 22yd catch to the 15yd line and then 2 consecutive drops by BB one was overthrown by Dak left us out of FG range

Red zone INT by Dak, good play by Hyde but if he "read it" instead of premeditating you could see Hyde flinch because he was jumping the route, he almost jumped offside, at 2nd and 1 he could have thrown it away at worst.

1st and 10 at GB 40
(1:07 - 4th) (No Huddle) D.Prescott spiked the ball to stop the clock. absolutely hated this call, would have loved a him signalling a spike but fake it and forcing a one on one ball to Dez (we didn't exploit that matchup enough) a quick out to Beasley or Witten, worst case take the timeout, only 2 downs that far out was immature from whoever made the call and it lead to Rodgers having that time left on the clock.

Was pissed with 4 or 5 play calls not being adjusted, the Packers knew we were going to run, stacked the box and we didn't play action or split Zeke out wide and throw, stubbornly stuck to the script and we got nothing out of those plays.

That said i loved our guts to fight back from 18 down, the hurt of the loss and the experiences good and bad are going to galvanize these 2 rookies for the better, getting Romo off the books will free up some cash for areas of need and we get Jaylon Smith to pair with Sean Lee next year, the future is bright and im proud of my team who went from 4-12 to 13-3 on the back of 2 rookies!!

Good luck to the remaining teams...

Except Green Bay...

Except Pittsburgh...

Except Boston...

Congratulations to Dak Prescott for again outplaying Aaron Rodgers, again holding off Romo and again performing like a clutch MVP.

Just caught up on yesterday's games. Dallas vs GB was one of the best I've seen, and didn't end with any controversial calls like the last time they matched up in the playoffs :)

GB deserved to win, Rodgers was amazing (Yes Skip, he was far better than Dak) and his receivers made some great plays. Hated the 2nd and 1 call where Dak threw the pick - either give it to Zeke and pick up the yard, or take a shot deep and let Zeke pick up the first next play.

And then the spike on 1st down late was just stupid - I was saying that GB should've used a timeout and that stage, but Dallas did it for them :o

Also, Pittsburgh scare the shower out of me :-\

Cmonnnn Steelers and Packers :)

Hey, gotta say Dak did alright in that game, glad it was a nailbiter though!

Pats fans may be insufferable cows (no offense intended), but at least their team has a few likeable players. The Steelers are a trash team with a trash coach. But really any super bowl match-up from the 4 teams left would be a good match. Four top-tier QBs/Offenses, mostly trash defences (funny how the Atlanta D is probably the best left). Pats should get through (equal offenses, better defence, better coaching, better kicking, HGA), but having such an easy schedule and then an easy playoff game (they haven't played a serious game in a month) could hurt them, while the steelers have claimed two good playoff wins.

Nah, not really. 31 points against the league's 31st best secondary that was missing players on top of that isn't that good. They had to send a 4th string CB to Dez because they literally had nobody else, and they had to place a lot of focus on the run too because of the league's #1 rushing attack and Zeke had what almost 150 yards.

Related, I know this Romo-Prescott situation quite well, it's the niners 2011 all over again with Smith getting injured leading to Kaepernick starting and a good run thanks to an elite D and RB but can't quite go all the way. Romo/Smith will get traded and find success elsewhere, while the Cowboys/Niners keep the tattooed meme (black) QB who quickly gets neutralised by teams wising up to him and his ability. This is so definitely happening.

Another thing related, funny how the cowboys' loss is being blamed on the defence, seeing as they spent their #4 pick on a RB (despite having the 2014 and 2015 league best rushing offense) and not on a D-player like Ramsey or Buckner - could have literally cost them the SB, seeing as Morris and/or McFadden are very competent (although yes if they took Ramsey Heath might not have had that pick and that sack). Or they could've just played Romo yesterday, put up 45 points and won.

You're not a proper NFL fan if you don't want a Brady/Rodgers Super Bowl ;)

Wow surely that's a steelers ball then? They said the Steelers recovered it, video showed Brady fumbled it. So why is it still a Patriots ball?
