I'd much prefer Alex Smith coming into Foxboro than Big Ben.

The Steelers aren't that good and have been exposed a couple of times this year. That D isn't stopping anyone when it matters

they can hang in there scoring wise, more so than the Chiefs

Not bad but nothing beats Dontari Poe ;)

So the whole world will be watching Packers vs Lions because it has so many weird implications. Hopefully the Redskins beat the Giants to make it all that more interesting. What would happen if they fixed the game and tied it so that both teams got through over the Skins? :o

Will be some Monday morning for us :D

good times when even ya punter is layin hits ;)

i havent read up on how it can all play out yet, skins could definitely beat the giants, they arent a bad team

Skins win they go to 9-5-1. Packers and Lions are 9-6 with Pakcers ahead on the tie breaker. So a result either way means the loser misses the playoffs completely, but if they tie then they both beat the Skins on the breaker so both go through and the Skins miss out. Both NFC north teams are below the Falcons so they can't reach 2nd and get the bye.

Could have more issues if the Hawks (9-5-1) lose to the 49ers but I won't bank on that :P

If Atlanta wins the division, I think it's going to be very hard for Matt Ryan to not be MVP.

#1 in QBR
#1 in Passer Rating
#1 in DVOA and DYAR

Atlanta have played the toughest schedule of defenses in the league, and I know he's got Julio which is a big advantage, but his O-Line's pass protection is ranked 21st so its not like he has all day to throw.

Unless they fail down the stretch, I think its his to lose.
If we win out and Zeke puts up another pair of 100+ yard rushing games he will become the first rookie since Jim Brown to win MVP

Late reply ik but MVP can't be far away

I'd go with Ryan first, followed by Brady (schedule baby), Rodgers (Jordy baby), Carr (raiders suck), and David Johnson (lol running backs). Unless he really capitulates week 17 Matty definitely deserves it.

DPOTY sucks because we've been missing the two best defensive players by far for most of the season. Will probably be one of the meme OLBs

Hopefully we get a fun and interesting SB like Chiefs-Falcons or Giants-Dolphins but it'll probably be two of the three big bandwagon/glory hunter teams (Seattle NE Dallas)

So apparently the rumors of DJax to Philly are gaining more traction. While we are at it, can we bring Shady back?

Mat0369

Mate are the Mark Sanchez of football coverage!

So it's agreed that the MVP is a two horse race, Ryan and Brady? Thinking about loading up on both to hedge the bet and make some profit.

Should be, yeah. But I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of voters get it horribly wrong and vote for Zeke.

Well they said Cam Newton last year over the statistically and analytically superior QB Carson Palmer, so you never know

Ryan not too far away from 5,000 yards atm...ish

PowerBug

Cam Newton was so clearly the MVP last season, not even a debate :o

I think Matt Ryan has to get it this year. More proof that NFC south is the best in the league :P
