As I said to Holz in chat yesterday - with Romo fit and playing the Cowboys would be a great shot to beat Seattle, depending on who has home field. But with game manager Dak they just wouldn't be able to do it, hence why I'd have the Hawks winning the NFC (but definitely not sleeping on the Giants again!)
Woo I'm not the only one still on the "Romo could do this, if not better" bandwagon! :D

But Dak is elite and its fair enough that they are sticking with him.
The problem is though you can disrupt the flow. Dak Bryant is finally clicking. What happens if you stick in romo, break Dak's rythm and confidence and then Romo gets injured and you have to put Dak back in.

Move on stick with the young guy, next year get rid of Romo and spend the cap on the defense.

I wouldnt mess around with a team thats one 9 straight myself. If your down by 10 with a half to go int the finals then chuck Romo in.

Wait, but isn't clutch exactly what Dal has managed to do so far this year? Some of the wins he's produced and 4th qtr efforts have been superb!

yes but if i want a guy to make a big play or bust im going romo.

If i want a guy to be solid all day im going dak.

half the bust in romo is injury

Proof that Prescott is a game manager and Dallas would kill with a good QB (Romo)?

Cousins 41/53 449 yards 3/0
Prescott 17/24 195 yards 2/0

And yet Dallas still wins

I notice zero interceptions.

plus its not like Zeke ran the ball for 20 yards for his touchdowns they where 1 and 4 yards. so pretty much Dak moved the chains and he ran it in. Especially when the last TD run came from a long throw from Dak.

4 touchdowns is a decent effort.

I wouldn't throw any picks either if I only had to throw 24 times to Dez (elite), Witten (elite), Beasley (elite), and Williams (solid)

And 195 yards isn't moving the chains. 449 yards is moving the chains. 195 yards is backup-tier yardage

No, but the stats back it up. Skins had 20 passing first downs, the Cowboys had 11. That's literally far better at moving the chains.

Cousins on the Cowboys would be a unanimous MVP. Luck on the Cowboys would be unanimous GOAT.

Well the Skins missed 2 field goals so I guess that is the difference in the game...

10 straight wins i usually take as a good stat if your the starting quarterback.

the most important stat in the game is the W.

plus
1.you throw 8 yards then rush 3 yards and its a rushing 1st down.
2. you rush 3 yards then throw 8 yards and its a passing first down.

does doing 2 make you an elite QB and doing 1 make you a back up QB.?

Jay

Gronk is literally refereed like how Shaq used to be. Gets less than half the calls he deserves.

Can Newton got his first roughing the passer call since the beginning of last season today ::)
