We will replace Tippett asap, but having to play a ruck OOP now is going to flower us  :'(

Need Griffin to return asap!
You get use to OOP rucks after years of it on and off. We once played half a season or so with OOP ruck haha.

Jones carried us today, Marley in his first game back so expected him to be down. Stretch showed glimpses how good he could be, if he got more of the ball would be 100 :P.

What a crazy game Seoul!

I think you just got over the line by 17.

Bernie nearly did it for us but Varcoe's big 1st half finished the game.

Steven arrest Berlin Slump

Not gonna lie, was pretty worried at times, but it was Jack Steven in the end with a big 164 that proved the difference. Cairo did put up a much better effort than previous weeks though.

Beijing Clinch Tight Victory Against Saints

Was close from start to finish! But the late efforts of Petracca and Ben Kennedy got the Thunder and their underperforming co-captains over the line. The Saints luck finally caught up to them I guess!

Centurious Suns Isolate Islanders

The Suns are really in a rich vein of form at the moment, and really are the best team in the competition mid-way through the season. The Islanders tried, but the target was just to high to reach in the end.

Defiant Spetsnaz cease Armadillo Momentum

THEY DID IT! The Spetsnaz have stopped the Dillos 7 game winning streak and in impressive fashion when you consider Tom Lee's 14! It was an otherwise even contribution for Moscow, as Buenos Aires' defence was left wanting.

Cobra Strike at the Death

Now that was impressive! Faced with under-the-odds chances in the last stretch of the game against quality NDT opposition, young Cobras Dom Tyson (121) and Dean Kent (119) each pulled out truly special performances to get the Cobras over the line! This was a great win for Cape Town, and a really deflating loss for the Tigers.

Revolution Radicalise Royals

Just another day at the office for New York, but would be devastated at losing Tippett for the short-to-medium term. They'll be sweating on his availability for finals. Meanwhile the Royals turned in their worst performance of the year, as their young players start to tire a little.

Reindeers keep Rising Above

Yeah, it wasn't a flashy performance, but it was enough. The Samurai really suffered from only having 2 defenders play, and continue to be vulnerable when captain Parker doesn't ton up. Losing Dahlhaus certainly hurts.

Rio enter the Dangerfield

WOW! WOW! If you thought Beijing v Pacific was the MOTY, then reconsider! Just flowering look at that scoreline! The Magpies got off to a great first half with Captain Dangerfield contributing 458 points to the cause, but the Jaguars refused to lay down. In the last match, the scrumptious Bernie Vince did everything he could to try and get the Jaguars over the line, but Jack Frost and Travis Varcoe held their nerve and capped off an incredibly high scoring 17 SC point win. What a match. Danger deserves 6 Jim Stynes Votes.
