Are Kerridge and Adams bench keepers?

Really struggling what to do with these 2 guys.

Do we keep them both for the rest of the season as bench cover or upgrade them both during their byes?  :-\

Most defiantly they are bench keepers!
I'm pretty much looking in Adams as my f7 d7 swingman and Kerridge has those 100 games or 60 games, perfect for loophole purposes as the season rolls on..
I think I'll be more likely to axe Kerridge before Adams as there is more bench cover talent in the mids this year than the forwards or backs.

ha bench cover - I am considering leaving Adams on the ground in Def! Low on trades so will only upgrade him as a luxury later if I can. Wanted Kerridge's cash though and too much scoring potential from premo mids

If you can field a team of prems with these guys on the bench I would definitely keep them, however for me at least I'll need the money they've made to get my final upgrades. Depends how your team stacks up across the park, there's definitely a call I'm gonna have to make about keeping Hall vs Kerridge, one of them will have to go, the other one can be loopholed with Robbo...

Adams is a no from me, I am expecting his average to drop a bit as the season grinds on because he is a KPP, and because I don't believe players in their first season almost ever show consistency towards the end of the season. With McVeigh, Rance, and Laird at all value I don't think one can really hold Adams forever. Kerridge is a maybe, since he plays a role which suits SC and has been in the system for a while. Having said that if he gets to 450k he has to be traded for mine, since that is too much to miss out on - I'd rather chase a fallen swingman like Wingard, for instance, was, for ~350-380k

Kerridge as my F7/M9 cover for the year
Adams probably D6 for the year as I'm low on trades

Yeah but Hall has 4 tons, 3 over 120, Kerridge has 4 tons, 1 over 120, so who's the better loophole option? Hall carrying a niggle, if he gets back into it he has the better scoring capacity... Just that happens to be an 'if' that's bigger than Elvis...

Thanks for all the replies so far guys, very interesting.

The way my team is setup ATM I only have 11 trades left (yes I trade hard but have also been hit hard by injuries this year as usual)

Still need to upgrade Byrne-Jones (D5) to Rance in round 14 and Collins (D6) up back.

Kerridge (F5) to Dahlhaus (round 13) and Adams (F6) to Zorko (round 14) both need to be upgraded in my forwards. Petracca is my F7.

Libba is a luxury finals time upgrade in the mids if I have any trades left during finals. LOL!

I'll definitely be keeping Adams as bench cover. Will also keep one of Tippa/Kerridge/Petracca as well (2 if I can, but probably won't be able to), and at this point it is looking like Petracca simply because he'll probably still have money to make when Kerridge and Tippa max out (Tippa basically maxed out atm I guess).

If you can keep both though and still make your necessary upgrades, then definitely (not defiantly) do that.

My mids are fwds are nearly complete. With other rookies cashed up or still coming through I expect that Kerridge will be a keeper and float between mids and fwds if needed for cover.
