Goldy said himself that he would have played if it was a Saturday or Sunday game. Take out geelong and it puts us in a very very good spot to make the top 4.

There was something I caught the end of on channel 10 news about Daw having to make way again and the club telling him he had a future with them I guessing that meant he would make way for Goldy this week ? anyone see the whole story ?

All but confirmed at this point really. Couldn't have played a better game in the VFL last week.

I'm just hoping he manages to have the same numbers and impact.

how can you rest a player with bye weeks coming.....seriously what a stupid idea

I won't be picking any of the Brisbane rookies based on they have a spud coach whose idea is to 'rotate' guys who are going to take them forward. It's too unpredictable coming into the bye rounds when I need guys playing.

Why are they giving games to Bastinac, Bell, Robinson? They are rejects.

I wrote a post on here last week and I'll stick to it. Brisbane have huge issues with their inside contested ball so they need to get games into Matho, Keays and Jansen is a goer too. What does Leppa do? Drops a guy who they need to get games into.. As I said - spud of a coach and won't take Brisbane anywhere. There's a reason why none of the good kids like Docherty and Yeo want to stay

yeah i just dont get it, when i think of all the great players over the years getting a solid string of games into them where the key.

its almot better to play 2/3 nearly every week and leave one in the NEAFL.

playing 5-6 games then 1 rest then another 5-6 games is fine but you need to give them a solid go.

Don't know about Bell or Bastinac but Robinson has laid 63 Tackles and has had 123 C/P in ten games would not mind a reject like that at the Tiges this year

From all reports throughout the week, heard gunston was good to play and seems like he is out there training as well. Fingers crossed Hawks don't rest him for the sake of it :/
