I don't need no Christmas Tree, mistletoe or red and green

This is very similar to the Marketplace we had a few weeks ago.

At this marketplace each coach has the option to put up to FIVE (5) of their cards for sale. However the coach must set a Buy Now price, as there will be NO bidding.

Admins will have power to veto a sale if they deem it to be "unfair." If a sale is deemed as collusion, other penalties may occur.

Sales Rules:
- You may NOT sell Bronze cards.
- You can only sell 1 Consumable.
- Silver Cards must at least be 10G.
- Gold Cards must at least be 20G.
- Platinum Cards must be 50G or higher.
- All sales are Buy Now.
- No Bidding.
