Some positives for Lions to take away though

Carlton average age 1.5 yrs older than Lions.
Lions won both clearances and contested possessions which we have been working on. Also won the second half 8.3 to 8.2 so if we had kicked straighter in first half would have made the game interesting.

No way today were Brisbane a 6 goal worse team than Carlton but as they say in the book. Carlton will have to cut down on errors if they are to be competitive and make the Top 8.  A better team today would have really punished them on turnovers and errors.
