Matho coming in, and I think I might grab Dusty. Missed him at his cheap point, but still only paying starting price for him, so can deal with that

Have to take a punt considering im sitting 16th and need points.

OUT: Tom Liberatore, George Hewett

IN: Robbie Gray, Rhys Mathieson

Leaves me with 160k in the bank for more upgrades later.

Nice man, just had a look at your team and it's pretty sweet, well done! Without knowing who is on your bench and what options you have to play with, I would be tempted to drop Hall before Libba, he started out huge but has definitely dropped off. Having said that, you're only a few hundred behind the leaders, and the top 3 guys have a lot more rookies on the field than you do. Admittedly they're performing well (the likes of DBJ) but I reckon you might be in a position to back in your team and sit for a little - depends what your bench is like though. Still a ways to go, trades could be precious towards the end.

Would love to do that except I have no M/F bench in my mids which means I can only upgrade to a fwd and I think Gray is at a price which is really affordable. Don't have enough cash to upgrade my other rookies to Gray though..

Got rid of DBJ last round to Boyd and that worked out well....

Big Mac

Thinking Tippa and Libba out for Matho and Parker

Which then allows me to upgrade MacPherson to Jelwood/Gray/Priddis etc next week, and keep players like Kerridge/Hewett/Smith who can still keep making cash

Maybe look at holding Tippa an extra week as he should make more than Parker who may even drop.
Libya to Math seems fiscally prudent.

Go for it mate if you've got the kahunas.
Looks more than okay to me. I grabbed Gray last week knowing I'd likely get him cheaper this week but didn't want to miss him...which I feared was possible if I needed to act on Goldy. Put simply, of the cheap premiums available currently Gray is the number one must get IMO. Matho is the other trade I had planned for this week.

Asparagus

Hartley BE 95
BKennedy BE 96
Barlow BE 151
Hall BE 126
All issues that need to be dealt with, probably in above order.
Barlow a chance to be dropped by Ross Lyin'.

I will trade out the 2 who play. Want Gray and Mathison.

justaverage

Am going Hartley -> McVeigh
Then I have Smith/Hewett/Keays on mid bench so don't think I will get Matho. Tempted to trade Libba to a fwd prem to get my DPP link back

Kerridge to Wingard and probably hold the other trade.

Only onfield rookies would be Dea and Petracca.

Def rookies being AMT and Brand. Mid being Smith, Davis and Hopper. Forwards being McGovern and Sumner.

Sumner injured and a high BE but if he doesn't play can use him as a loophole.
Surely AMT is the one onfield in defence and Dea on the bench?

Geez, just checked Dea's recent scores. Not as obvious a pick as I thought. Move along. Haha.

Interesting call regarding Libba vs Hall out, Hall has a bad shoulder and Libba is NOT a premium this year hmmm tough call gl mate
and well done sitting at 16th.

Very sound thinking.

Blues Blues Blues

What do people think of Freo's Sam Collins and his JS?

I need a downgrade and I'm finally looking to flower off KK

The Supercoach

At this stage going to do

Liberatore > Gray

Other trade not sure on, was thinking BKennedy > Collins via Adams but this may leave my backs short

B: Shaw, Simpson, Bartel, Rance, Rich & Adams (Brand and Broad)

F: Zorko, Martin, Hall, Wells, Kerridge, Kennedy (Petrac and Menadue)

So would have to essentially field Collins or Brand (spang out) until I can complete another upgrade

No Mid dpp :( Otherwise that Paine bloke but dont like the look of him

Why would you be getting rid of a guy that's averaging near 100 Libba for a guy that is averaging 110 in Gray and then loosing a bunch of points in the back line by having to fired Collins or Brand who will be around the 50s mark? Crazy.. I'd go Bken to a prem forward line and then find the money elsewhere
