Well seeing as I only think he's in for that ruck help as Gawn is a monster, you gotta look at the matchups moving forward. Collingwood, Dogs, Freo before the bye. I would say unless he plays exceptionally well as either a ruck or a forward he will lose his spot next two weeks then maybe play in Perth if Griffin and Clarke are playing for them. Grundy and Campbell Trengove and Dixon/Westhoff will do fine like they have the first two weeks (Not so much against Nic Nat which is why I reckon Hinkley has made this change).

Reason why Dougal is in: Trengove needed down back for Jonas
So, this made me think, are there any other returning defenders who may push Trengove back into the ruck and Dougal out?

I don't see any defenders to come in! Unless Bonner gets a run, I don't know the likelihood of that (Port fans?)

I think this gives Dougal reasonable JS and I need a Forward more so than a Def, so I think I'll take Dougal over Williams (and Hopper) and keep my Mid/Fwd DPP  8)

This has got me thinking, might now go Menadue > Howard

I've gone with Dougal because it fits my needs.  Was the only way I could get Petracca on the field in the middle and then turn a cashed up backman to Boyd.  Getting Hopper would be nice, but it wouldn't let me make an upgrade this week which I think is more important, I'll grab Mathieson next week and Collins the following week.

Apparently Bevo wants to get games into Williams as he wants Williams to take Bob Murphy's role in case he doesn't play next season!

I am going double downgrade option this week if Williams gets the NOD! Hopper is a must and Williams will continue to play until JJ is back.

Anyone considering Oscar McDonald over Williams. I need a def rookie and even though his a little more expensive, shouldn't his JS be better? Named rd 1 over Dunn and got injured but has come back in without Dunn getting a run. Looks like they want to develop him for the future. Thoughts?
