In this Marcus Adams would be a premium, but Zaharakis wouldn't. If Adams goes 85 from here, and Zaha gets upgraded to a premium that goes 110, you're getting 195 from the pair. If you upgrade Adams to say Boyd to get a 105 defender and keep Zaha goes at 100, you're 10 points a week up on a team that has 2 'premiums'...

All about where you spend the money for the greater overall gain. FWIW I'm sitting 148th at the moment, with Zaha M5 and Libba M6 still...

It is open to interpretation. I have Sloane, who is averaging low 100s but I consider him a premo. Marcus Adams I dont think is. Wells is on the cusp.  Difficult to define it strictly by numbers at times.

The above points are moot, we can argue forever as to what does/does not constitute a premium. My above numbers were my opinion as to the minimum you should accept from a premium, ie: D6, M8, R2, F6. As I said, the numbers are what you expect the pl;ayer WILL score from here, regardless of how they've scored thus far.

Parker for example was averaging 130 after 6 rounds, which is well beyond what he will average in rounds 7-22.
Priddis on the other hand is a proven 110 player who has underperformed. Most will back him to jump up and average 110-115 from here.

So many people back under-performers to 'bounce back,' without considering that the trend works in reverse for those who are outperforming themselves.

Hmm it's difficult. This is my way of thinking..
For example, Libba in my mind this year is a keeper. May only average 100-105 for the year but are you really going to burn a trade to get a guy that might average 110?
I'd rather draft in a cheap mid as m9 backup..
Forwards though - with Martin, Montagna, Zorko, Dalhaus, Deledio, Hall all set to average 100-110 you'd be cutting yourself short with a f6 that's scrapping 90s

Libba up to Robbie Gray next week would be a pretty popular upgrade. Thinking about it myself. If Gray gets an extra 10 points per round on average, then IMO its a deserved trade.
