4 weeks for a sore toe..... geez Laird.
Have you ever tried kicking a footy and running 10+ kilometres with a sore toe?

Rumours are he is fine and he is coming back next week just when i need a defender upgrade.

some money may have exchanged hands.

Your missing the point!

The injury was only meant to be 1-2 weeks yet this soft campaigner has taken 4 weeks off!

I wish I had of traded the muppet out 3-4 weeks ago if I had of known he would take his sweet time coming back.

All he has done is kill me every week since where I have had to field Brown a couple of weeks ago who scored 29 and having to trade in Brand last week as a downgrade option just to avoid a backline donut thanks to flowering Laird.  >:(

Have you ever played any type of sport before and had an injury? Calling him soft and here you are sitting behind a computer playing Fantasy Fooball.

I know you weren't asking me but I have played with unco-ordination all my life. Oh the pain, the pain.

I think he's just carrying on. Doubt he means it.

i have a feeling wells wont play

He was on the plane to Sydney, and being Indigenous round he would have to be really sore not to
to support his team mates.

I think they are playing ducks and drakes.

He may just miss!

Laird owners, would you rather him miss this week then be right to go for the season, or have the Crows rush him back when he obviously isn't ready only to re-injure himself and miss even more time?

When my players (or any player for that matter) takes that extra week I don't worry, I'd rather them get themselves 100% right to go. Obviously the toe is still bothering Laird, we don't know for sure and can't go around calling him soft...

Didn't Sandilands miss a SEASON with Turf toe?? Some players miss 3 weeks with hammy's, others miss 10. Are the ones that miss 10 soft as well? Of course not, each injury is different!

You're an idiot! Lucky you play fantasy football and not real football.

I'm an idiot for calling Laird a soft campaigner?

Yeah ok.  ::)

Questioning how. Especially when he plays well and during the week his coach applauds him/says he's likely to play again

Yep very true. Feel sorry for the kid though. Hate it when kids come in for only one game, they barely get a chance to prove themselves.

Well maybe question how in your original post :P

Seemed like he would play based on LB's comments earlier - ah well works for me because Dunkley finally plays his 3rd game lol
