If he can stay off the weed and get back to playing ball for sure, not the sort of personality id want around DMC tho

And Matt Barnes is a good personality to put beside DMC?

so we're not all just giving the Dubs the championship yet but I think it's hard to see (at this early stage imo) who in the West is likely to push them ...

Are Cavs most likely still in the East?

Where are the Pacers at?
Have the Celtics re-tooled enough coupled with some internal development to get over the hump?

The markets seem to have given it to the warriors already with for the first time i think ever they are predicted to beat the field.

I dont think its a case of them being home, and its pretty silly odds. All it takes is one injury to durrant or curry and they are in trouble. We still dont know how they will match up and the spurs will be right up there are leonard aldridge click even more, clippers didnt get to compete last year with injuries.

I would say Cavs should be stronger favorites to win the East then Warriors should be to win the west.

Don't forget that Pau is now at the Spurs, so they just got stronger as well.

Can you just stop your bias for one minute... Even if Durant got injured, they didn't have him last year and they won the most games ever. How does that put them in trouble? For the Spurs kind of irrelevant until they can make a conference final with this team. Also if you're accounting for injuries to happen to Durant or Curry what about do the same for LeBron? If he isn't there cavs are in big trouble

I actually completely disagree :P How's this for a hot-take.. If one of Durant or Curry goes down, they are still the best team in the NBA. With them both together, it's a wrap. Which I don't like saying, and the move still has me annoyed as an NBA fan, but it's just the truth. There's never been more talent on a single team.

Cavs have got to be huge favourites to win the east once again. I think the Celtics and Raptors will be fighting for the #2 seed. Pacers, Knicks and Bulls I don't rate at all. Can see Detroit moving up, but not enough to challenge Cleveland. As a Celtics fan, winning a game in the conference finals this season is the goal. Then receiving the #1 pick from Brooklyn ;D

in trouble doesn't mean they are gone, it just means they might lose. I dont think i have ever seen a team favored against the whole NBA field.

If i had my money on the Warriors and Durrant went down then i wouldnt be feeling very safe with them against the field. They could easily still win without him but its not the walk in the park they are saying it will be.

$1.80 odds is pretty much a walk in the park and that they almost cant lose.

If Lebron is gone then the cavs stand zero chance of winning back to back. Warriors are pretty much the only team that can afford to lose a star and compete.

by no means will i not have warriors favourite in any matchup. But its a long season there are loads of factors im not conceeding already. I think people towards the end of the home and away season gave them the ring and we saw how that played out.

2004 Olympics

Melo, Duncan, AI, LBJ,Wade went down the warriors can go down. They probably will win but we will see.

I wonder if we made a show called Hot Take and basically had us as Skip and Stephen A, if people would watch :P

Can't remember if there was any interest, but PM me if anyone's interested in a fantasy NBA league that involves a lot of your time, has an entry fee and has run for 10 seasons now, we're looking for new blood cos the oldies are, well getting too old for this shower.  :D
