I dont mind the deal for Sacramento either.

Jae Crowder is a similar player to Gay, is 3 years younger and his contract is half as much.

Sacremento are the huge winners of that deal. Crowder is much better than Gay ever was, and is locked up long term on one of the best value contracts in the league. Crowder is an elite 3 and D guy, with good size and an off the bounce game.

I'm not sure Id trade Crowder for Blake to be honest.

There has to be something else to the deal (picks, other players etc).  I wouldnt be surprised if a Koufos or McLemore is heading elsewhere as part of the deal. (if it goes ahead)

Anyone who likes college basketball more than NBA like myself should be watching Kings vs Pelicans. So many guys who come up big in college

Not sure if we'll ever see someone transform a franchise like TD (and Pop) did.

would say Lebron James and Cleveland but yeah its a very rare thing.

The thing is Spurs had the Mailman so Tim just enhanced their legacy, which is big as the mailman was great.

Yeah but it was hardly a similarly sustained transformation - even now Duncan's gone, the way that side built a selfless, humble, team-first persona and style of ball during his era is sustained beyond his career. What's gonna happen when Lebron retires? Are people gonna still wanna play in Cleveland? Not too mention him leaving in his prime for the organisation to pick up three #1 draft picks in his absence :-X

The same Mailman Admiral that kept getting BTFO by Hakeem? Duncan transformed that team in his second season

Can you stop sucking his d**k for a moment. LeBron hasn't transformed a franchise anything like Pop and TD has

I disagree but today is Duncan's day. So im not going to go into it, Duncan has done wonders for this league.

Probably the only superstar its impossible not to like.
