Ante Zizic - Typical draft and stash player
Ben Bentil - Stretch 4 with questionable defence
Abdel Nadar - No idea about him

I suppose when you break it down like that - yep, pretty ordinary from Boston (sorry Jay)

At least the Kings got players with talent - no idea why we got so many damn centers... but at least they have talent.

From Iowa State I liked him as a college player, nothing real special about him. He just got the job done. Wouldn't play much part I'd think

I missed this one for Boston

Demetrius Jackson - You got a steal at pick #45 for him.

The dude we selected with the 16th pick is what is most frustrating, Yabusele, or whatever his name is. You always hear about how Boston has all these assets and that Boston is in a position to trade for a superstar, yet these assets crumble away every time we draft a player. It's like buying a new car, the moment you drive it from the garage, its lost a ton of value. Every time Boston spends a mid first round pick on a European prospect projected to go in the 2nd round, that might be stashed, you've just basically wasted a supposedly coveted asset. Even if we do find a good player with one of these picks, with all our depth it is difficult to let that guy flourish, or hype him up in order to trade him, because we already have established players on the roster, there just isn't the minutes to go around! Last season we took Rozier, Hunter and Mickey, and I could count on my left hand the amount of non junk-time minutes that they played. How are they supposed to improve/show what they can do when they are stuck on the bench?

If we were going to waste the 16th pick, why not grab Thad Young off Brooklyn who ended up being traded for pick 20. At least he's a good player, on a good contract that would still be movable if we need the cap space. Ibaka was on the table, Boston nowhere to be found. Philly offered a massive package for the #3 pick, apparently not good enough. Are we going to turn these "assets" into anything that actually takes our basketball team forward or will they fade away and leave us stuck in the middle? Danny better have something up his sleeve, because if he thinks one of his buddies is just going to gift him a superstar again (Garnett), he's wrong.

To the Pacers  8)

Guess Thad will play PF then?  Like him better as a SF, but George doged about playing PF so that won't happen.  Nice move though picking up Teague and Thad!

Still don't know why the Celtics picked brown. They should have gone someone with trade value

I'm hoping we can keep Durant. Otherwise I have to buy a New Jersey. Can't wear my KD 35 one if he is playing elsewhere

Just throw everything at KD. If it wasnt for LBJ, KD would be this generations superstar  with 4-5 MVPs and a couple of rings. Either trade Jaylen and go all out KD and compete or trade away Thomas and Bradley to rebuild around Jaylen and future draft picks.   I feel we are just going to stay put and just win 40-50 games and lose in 1st and 2nd roind again. Might as well not even make the playoffs if youre just making up the numbers.

Swap rights with Brooklyn next draft and unprotected Brooklyn the year after, bro. Is there a scenario where next years isn't top 3, and the one after isn't top 8? Next year's draft is supposed to be stacked too.

We can win as many games as we like, because Brooklyn are literally tanking for us.
