Think since Bennedy is on bench, he'd move forward and Polec would slot onto your bench in his place. So would still be attacking (but happy to be corrected if wrong).

But also, if you didn't have Bennedy on the bench or another forward, it doesn't revert back to the normal format. Whatever format you name is locked in for the rest of the round.
